Job Description

In this role as a Medical Researcher, you will spearhead research initiatives that examine various health issues impacting our communities. Your contributions will include data collection, scientific writing, and presentations at international conferences.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient flow and optimize appointment schedules to reduce wait times.
  • Actively engage in problem-solving to address patient concerns.
  • Support budgeting and operational cost strategies.
  • Develop and maintain effective filing systems for patient records.
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new staff.
  • Collaborate with IT to maintain patient information systems.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Engage in continuous professional development training.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in healthcare settings
