Job Description

We are in search of a Clinical Psychologist to join our dedicated team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in clinical psychology and a passion for enhancing mental health outcomes. You will work with a diverse clientele, providing assessment, therapy, and support for various psychological conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assess psychological conditions and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
• Deliver therapeutic services consistent with evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with external agencies and resources to support clients.
• Participate in case management meetings.
• Provide feedback and support to trainees and interns.
• Organize workshops or training sessions focused on mental health.
• Advise on mental health issues affecting workplace dynamics.
• Liaise with educational institutions for student psychological support.
• Develop community programs to enhance mental health literacy.
• Engage with clients' families to support holistic treatment approaches.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
• Post-graduate training is a plus

Experience

• Preferred 3 years of experience in mental health practice
