Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Risk Manager to oversee and enhance our risk management framework within the insurance sector. The role requires keen analytical skills, a strong understanding of insurance products, and the ability to implement effective risk strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the risk management framework and propose enhancements based on emerging risks.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of insurance policy guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Engage with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate compliance inspections.
  • Develop risk communication strategies to inform stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and external factors that could influence the company’s risk exposure.
  • Advise senior management on risk-related decisions and corporate governance.
  • Facilitate workshops and training programs on risk management practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or Finance
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in risk management within insurance

  • Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)
