Job Description

As a Tax Specialist, you will leverage your expertise to assist clients in navigating the complexities of tax regulations. Your role will include preparing tax returns, conducting audits, and advising clients on tax strategy and savings opportunities, fostering strong relationships in the process.

Responsibilities

• Implement tax strategies that align with client objectives.
• Cultivate relationships with clients to enhance trust and communication.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of both local and international tax issues.
• Collaborate with financial advisors to implement comprehensive planning.
• Regularly assess client portfolios for tax improvement areas.
• Participate in tax workshops and training programs.
• Review changing tax laws and assess impact on clients' business.
• Work on special projects related to tax efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Master's or Professional qualification in Taxation is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a taxation role is advantageous

Certifications

• Registered Tax Practitioner (RTP)
• Fellow of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) is a plus
