Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager in Richards Bay who can lead our project teams to success. In this role, you will coordinate various project activities, manage resources, and ensure that all project goals are met in a timely manner. Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and deliverables
• Ensure effective resource allocation for projects
• Conduct project retrospectives for continuous improvement
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
• Handle project-related administrative tasks
• Support change management processes
• Create risk management plans and contingency strategies
• Utilize project management software to track progress
• Communicate project goals and objectives to team members
• Assist with budget forecasting and tracking

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects
