We are looking for a talented Architect to join our team in Stellenbosch. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial projects, providing innovative solutions while adhering to sustainability practices. Responsibilities

• Plan and implement project timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with other professionals such as landscape architects and urban planners.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Review and optimize designs for functionality and client satisfaction.
• Utilize architectural software for project efficiency.
• Present designs to regulatory boards as necessary.
• Work with clients to finalize design proposals.
• Document all phases of the architectural process for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Urban Design is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience in architecture

Technical Skills

• BIM Software
• 3D Rendering Software
• Graphic Design

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Chartered Architect Status

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

• Proficiency in construction law: Understanding of laws pertaining to building regulations and compliance.
