We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our Cape Town office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly. You will be the first line of support, solving technical issues and offering guidance to users. Experience in a support role, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, or related field
• Ph.D. is a plus

• 3+ years in AI research or applied machine learning
