• Support clients in every step of their travel planning process.
• Identify and recommend ideal destinations based on clients' interests.
• Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to secure reservations.
• Analyze feedback and reviews to improve services and offerings.
• Stay updated on travel trends, popular destinations, and industry changes.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, or related field is preferred
• Travel booking systems Knowledge of travel booking platforms such as Amadeus or Sabre.
• CRM software proficiency Familiarity with customer relationship management tools to track bookings.
• Customer service Exceptional customer service skills to meet client needs.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills Ability to manage multiple clients and itineraries concurrently.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)

• Experience with itinerary customization: Ability to create and customize travel itineraries based on client preferences.
• Travel industry certifications: Relevant certifications from travel industry associations are a plus.
