Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their dream holidays, offering expert advice on destinations and travel packages.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients in every step of their travel planning process.
  • Identify and recommend ideal destinations based on clients' interests.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to secure reservations.
  • Analyze feedback and reviews to improve services and offerings.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, popular destinations, and industry changes.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in travel consultancy or customer service
Technical Skills
  • Travel booking systems
  • CRM software proficiency
Soft Skills

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Afrikaans: Conversational
