Responsibilities

  • Create schedules for staff and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to make necessary improvements.
  • Oversee marketing promotions and social media to enhance restaurant visibility.
  • Conduct regular training for staff to enhance service and operational techniques.
  • Collaborate with the head chef to ensure menu meets current food trends and prices.
  • Develop strategies for increasing sales and profitability.

Requirements

Education
  • Formal training in Culinary Arts is an advantage
  • Management certification is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
