Job Description

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our growing team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data visualization. You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, building models, and delivering insights that help shape strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics projects from inception to completion.
• Apply machine learning frameworks to enhance model accuracy.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Develop A/B test plans to evaluate the impact of business decisions.
• Collaborate with software engineers to deploy models into production.
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of our analytics tools and frameworks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science or related field
• Master's degree in Statistics or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in analytics or data science
