We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team in Pretoria. This role involves providing technical support and assistance to clients and staff, resolving IT-related issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues for staff and clients.
• Manage hardware inventory and order new supplies as needed.
• Maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
• Work with vendors for equipment repairs and replacements.
• Assist with data backups and recovery processes.
• Participate in improving IT processes and workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in IT Support or related area

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in providing IT support
