Job Description

As a Corporate Finance Associate, you will directly impact our clients' financial strategies in Johannesburg. This role involves conducting complex financial analyses, preparing investment recommendations, and supporting clients through various stages of financial transactions. An optimal candidate would possess strong quantitative skills and a deep understanding of market trends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial statement analysis and valuation of companies.
• Design and implement financial models for investment analysis.
• Support the Finance Manager in strategic planning and execution.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports.
• Conduct industry analysis to support corporate finance activities.
• Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and reviews.
• Work on special projects as requested by senior management.
• Evaluate funding options and prepare proposals for clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• CFA or similar certification is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, with a strong understanding of equity and debt markets
