Job Description

As a Crane and Tower Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and ensuring safety standards are met on site. Your expertise will help maintain operational efficiency and safety in our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes to lift and move materials as needed.
• Carefully monitor and adjust equipment settings for optimal performance.
• Document production activities and machine performance accurately.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on cranes.
• Assist in training new operators on machinery usage and safety.
• Actively participate in safety meetings and training.
• Work with various teams to ensure seamless operations on site.
• Monitor product quality during the manufacturing process.
• Implement and maintain clean work practices to promote safety.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience as a crane operator or machine operator in a manufacturing environment preferred
