We are seeking experienced Forging Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of forging processes and equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality metal products.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD software for technical drawing and modeling.
• Maintain and optimize forging processes using industry software.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional technical training in manufacturing

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in forging or metal fabrication

Technical Skills

• CNC machining experience
• Quality control standards

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Effective communication

Certifications

• Certification in robotic welding or similar

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Training in new forging technologies: Keeping up-to-date with new techniques and machinery in forging.
• Experience in quality assurance roles: Previous involvement in QA processes or teams.
