The Barrel Endshaker Adjuster plays a crucial role in ensuring that our barrel production meets the highest standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach to machine adjustment, ensuring optimal performance during the aging process.

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune endshaker operations to enhance barrel performance.
• Analyze and rectify mechanical failures as they occur.
• Track production metrics and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Engage with team members to streamline production processes.
• Develop and maintain a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in mechanical engineering preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a mechanical or manufacturing role
