Job Description

We are seeking skilled Forging Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders for our manufacturing plant. You will be responsible for setting up and operating machines that produce metal and plastic components, ensuring product quality, and maintaining machine performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage set-up and operation of forging equipment to satisfy production demands.
• Check and calibrate machines prior to production runs.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure machinery operates smoothly and safely.
• Document production data accurately for quality assurance.
• Report and resolve any production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Keep work area clean and organized, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production efficiency and improvements.
• Support the quality assurance team to maintain product standards.
