Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy and quality in the dispensing process.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for pharmacy staff.
  • Manage adverse drug reaction reporting.
  • Develop rapport with patients and build trust.
  • Assist with marketing and promotion of pharmacy services.
  • Monitor compliance with pharmacy policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives.
  • Investigate medication errors and implement corrective actions.
  • Support patient access to necessary medications.
  • Advocate for patient medication safety and efficacy.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in a clinical pharmacy setting
