E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a driven E-commerce Manager who is passionate about online retail. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive traffic and sales, optimize the customer journey, and manage the E-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with vendors and partners to expand online product offerings.
• Ensure compliance with E-commerce regulations and best practices.
• Train and mentor team members to foster a strong E-commerce skill set.
• Report on sales performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of managing online sales and marketing strategies
