Job Description

Responsibilities

• Prepare concept sketches and schematic designs.
• Develop 3D models and visualizations for client presentations.
• Ensure that all designs meet zoning laws and codes.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and materials.
• Consult with the design team to resolve issues and streamline processes.
• Create workflow processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Participate in all phases of project delivery.
• Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Monitor the implementation of designs during construction.
• Document all project phases and ensure project compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural projects

Technical Skills

• Building Code Knowledge
• 3D Rendering Software

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Construction Management Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with commercial projects: Proven track record of managing or working on commercial architecture projects.
• Knowledge of local zoning regulations: Expertise in local zoning laws and their impact on project design.
