Job Description

Join us as an Architect and be part of a dynamic team that values creativity and innovation. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision, prepare presentations, and lead design reviews while ensuring quality and compliance with all relevant standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare concept sketches and schematic designs.
  • Develop 3D models and visualizations for client presentations.
  • Ensure that all designs meet zoning laws and codes.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and materials.
  • Consult with the design team to resolve issues and streamline processes.
  • Create workflow processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Participate in all phases of project delivery.
  • Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Monitor the implementation of designs during construction.
  • Document all project phases and ensure project compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Master's degree in Architecture is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in architectural projects

  • Building Code Knowledge
