• Develop and optimize mechanical designs using advanced CAD tools.
• Work with manufacturing teams to streamline production processes.
• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
• Prepare project proposals and reports for stakeholders.

• Mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments as needed.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and feedback.
• Support the engineering team in maintaining project timelines.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and funding proposals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in mechanical engineering with a focus on design

• ANSYS
