• Document all maintenance and repairs performed on equipment.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices to enhance operations.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Certificate or Diploma in Batching Plant Operations or related field

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as a Batch Plant Operator or similar role in the construction industry is required.

Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
