We're on the lookout for a skilled Construction Manager to lead our building projects in Port Elizabeth. This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction processes while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and scheduling efforts.
• Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
• Evaluate project performance against objectives.
• Provide leadership to ensure timely and cost-effective results.
• Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in the bidding and contract negotiation process.
• Troubleshoot logistical issues impacting construction.
• Deliver final project reports and presentations.
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvements in processes.

Advantageous

• Experience with BIM Software: Hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling software.
• Capability in Sustainable Design Practices: Familiarity with environmental standards and best practices in construction.
