Responsibilities

• Lead projects aimed at improving operational efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.
• Assess the impact of changes in the production process and provide documentation.
• Identify and implement technology upgrades to support production capabilities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align production goals and objectives.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a production environment with engineering solutions experience
