Responsibilities

• Lead aerospace design projects from conception through production.

• Conduct performance and safety analysis of prototypes.
• Ensure all designs meet client specifications and industry standards.
• Document engineering processes and best practices.
• Foster a culture of innovation and technical growth within the team.
• Participate in technical review sessions and peer evaluations.
• Develop training materials to assist in the onboarding of new engineers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related discipline
• Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace systems design
