Job Description

As a Project Manager in our Johannesburg office, you will spearhead project delivery from inception to completion. You will coordinate with various teams, manage budgets, and ensure that project requirements are met. This role is crucial in driving our projects forward and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and coordinate activities to meet client requirements.
• Manage resources effectively, allocating tasks based on team strengths.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and report on deliverables.
• Assist in the development of proposals and scope documents.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure budget adherence.
• Mentor junior project team members and promote skill development.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
• Diploma in Project Management advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in managing projects

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
