IT Support Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable IT Support Technician to provide top-tier technical support to our staff and customers in Durban. The successful candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of IT systems and applications. You will be involved in supporting our internal staff, resolving issues, and maintaining computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Support end-users with basic network and server problems.
• Participate in system upgrades and migrations.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT processes.
• Actively contribute to team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles

Technical Skills

• Linux OS

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

• English: Fluent
