Security Engineer

Job Description

As a Security Engineer, your responsibilities will include monitoring network systems, responding to security incidents, and conducting audits to ensure adherence to security policies. You will also provide recommendations to improve our security framework and stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop incident response plans and liaise with law enforcement as necessary.
• Train staff on security awareness and best practices.
• Lead security assessments for projects and systems.
• Review and improve security policies and guidelines.
• Ensure proper documentation of security activities and incidents.
• Evaluate new security products and tools.
• Provide technical support for security tools and software.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field
• Advanced certifications plus experience are preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in information security with hands-on experience
