Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will oversee daily security operations, implement safety measures, and ensure compliance with all regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to risk management.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the security personnel and oversee their assignments.
• Review and update security protocols on a regular basis.
• Ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
• Prepare and manage the security budget.
• Engage in community outreach and public safety initiatives.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits.
• Serve as the primary contact for security-related inquiries.
• Organize drills and training sessions to enhance team readiness.
• Evaluate technology solutions for improved security performance.
• Foster a culture of safety and vigilance within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Degree in Criminal Justice or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in security or law enforcement roles
