Responsibilities

• Lead design meetings and motivate team members towards project goals.
• Keep up-to-date with legislation and building codes applicable to various projects.
• Maintain an organized filing system for project documentation and plans.
• Ensure quality control throughout all project phases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Certified Architectural Designer preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and construction

Technical Skills

• BIM Software
• Building Codes

• Creative Thinking
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Urban Planning: Experience with urban planning principles and community engagement.
• Advanced 3D Visualization Skills: Ability to create high-quality 3D visual presentations for projects.
