We are seeking a skilled Chemical Engineer to join our dedicated team in Port Elizabeth. As a Chemical Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in developing processes for converting raw materials into valuable products. You will be involved in designing equipment and processes for managing chemical operations, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development projects, from concept through to implementation.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Train staff on safe handling of chemicals and procedures.
• Perform feasibility studies and provide input for project budgets.
• Maintain and improve safety protocols and standards within the facility.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

• 5+ years of industry experience
