HR Generalist

Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive HR initiatives to enhance overall workforce productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated.
• Facilitate employee performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Develop and distribute monthly HR newsletters.
• Provide guidance on HR policies to employees.
• Assist with organizational development and culture initiatives.
• Collaborate with management to identify staff training needs.
• Engage in succession planning activities.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and implement strategies to improve.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Certification in HR Management or similar is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of progressive HR experience in a corporate environment
