Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a strategic workforce planning program.
  • Implement employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Assess and improve HR metrics to guide decision-making.
  • Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR matters.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR Management is preferred
