As a Tutor in our Johannesburg office, you will work with students of all ages, devising customized lesson plans that cater to their learning styles. You will inspire a love for learning while equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed for academic success. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm for education and a commitment to student development.

Responsibilities

• Guide students through challenging subject matter, facilitating understanding and academic growth.
• Assess student skills and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Develop engaging and interactive learning activities to maintain student interest.
• Support students in exam preparation and assignment completion.
• Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to curriculum improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
• A teaching qualification is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of tutoring or teaching experience
