• Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs across departments.
• Continuously improve training content based on participant feedback.
• Document and report training outcomes and participant feedback.
• Utilize various training delivery methods, including e-learning platforms.
• Actively mentor and support employees in their professional development.
• Manage logistics related to training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Training certifications are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a technical training role or hands-on experience in a technical field
