Responsibilities

• Evaluate the daily living skills of patients and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with nursing staff to coordinate patient care effectively.
• Implement therapeutic activities that promote health and wellness.
• Provide guidance on ergonomic practices and workplace adaptations.
• Contribute to research initiatives within the field of occupational therapy.
• Actively participate in community health promotion activities.
• Foster a culture of respect and trust with clients and their families.
• Evaluate and procure necessary therapeutic equipment and materials.
• Manage case loads efficiently to ensure all clients receive timely attention.
• Engage in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
