Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Accountant to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in financial reporting, tax compliance, and bookkeeping practices. You will play a vital role in managing our clients' financial records and ensuring compliance with South African financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports to track performance.
• Work closely with clients to address their financial needs.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
• Conduct cost analysis and improve financial efficiency.
• Evaluate financial systems for improvements.
• Conduct training for clients on financial best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Honours or Masters degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of demonstrated accounting experience

Technical Skills

• Budgeting and Forecasting

Certifications

• ACCA Certification
• SAIPA Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
