Responsibilities

• Conduct and document site visits, monitoring activities and findings.
• Facilitate communication among study participants, clinical sites, and project teams.
• Review clinical study data for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure timely reporting of adverse events to regulatory authorities.
• Conduct training for site staff on clinical procedures and protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related area
• Master's degree or other relevant qualifications is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in clinical trial oversight or similar role

Technical Skills

• Study Protocol Interpretation
• Clinical Operations Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Team Player
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC)
• ISO 14155 Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
