You will be the first point of contact for technical support, assisting users with hardware and software issues, and ensuring all systems run smoothly. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and network issues.
• Document issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Assist with inventory management of IT equipment.
• Maintain user accounts and access permissions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all users.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+) will be advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of proven experience in a technical support role
