Job Description

Join our team as an IT Support Technician in Bloemfontein! You will be the first point of contact for technical support, assisting users with hardware and software issues, and ensuring all systems run smoothly. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service to maintain a high level of user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and network issues.
  • Document issues and resolutions for future reference.
  • Assist with inventory management of IT equipment.
  • Maintain user accounts and access permissions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all users.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+) will be advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of proven experience in a technical support role
