Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to network connectivity and applications.
  • Conduct training sessions for users on new software and technologies.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software resources.
  • Assist in the testing of new products and software updates.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support roles
