Coke Handling Supervisor

Job Description

The Coke Handling Supervisor will oversee the handling and management of coke products in our manufacturing plant. This role is critical in ensuring safe and efficient operations while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that safety protocols are being followed.
• Oversee the raw materials handling processes to optimize usage.
• Monitor the production process for quality assurance.
• Manage a team of operators and provide ongoing training and support.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.
• Compile production reports and ensure they are completed accurately.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Relevant vocational or technical training is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in coke handling or a related field

Advantageous

• Safety Certifications: Any additional training or certification in safety or materials handling will be beneficial.
