Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Textile Winding, Twisting, and Drawing Out Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our production team in Durban. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the manufacturing process, ensuring that our textiles are produced to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machines for optimal performance.
• Perform quality control checks during production runs.
• Coordinate with team leads to align production goals.
• Document and report production metrics.
• Implement preventive maintenance measures.
• Participate in team meetings to review production objectives.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

• Experience in textile machinery operations is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Ability to read technical drawings
• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving abilities
• Adaptability and flexibility

Advantageous

• Ability to operate specialized frame assembly machinery: Hands-on experience with frame assembly tools and machinery.
• Knowledge of different frame design techniques: Understanding various design and construction methodologies.
