Cybersecurity Analyst

Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Analyst, your primary focus will be on protecting our organization from cyber threats. You'll work collaboratively with IT teams to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security protocols while providing ongoing training to staff on best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data.
• Develop strategies to respond to emerging threats.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors for security solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations and standards.
• Generate reports for management on security status.
• Elicit feedback to enhance security solutions.
• Test and recommend security hardware and software.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles

• CompTIA Security+

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in application security assessments: Hands-on experience with assessing the security of applications.
