Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic financial team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will conduct financial analyses, prepare reports, and provide insights to help guide strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for analysing financial performance and identifying trends to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed financial reports summarising operational performance findings.
• Assist in financial modelling for strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs.
• Conduct risk assessments related to financial performance.
• Provide financial training to non-financial staff.
• Liaise with external auditors to facilitate the auditing process.
• Develop recommendations for cost-reduction strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Finance or MBA is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of financial analysis experience
