Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Accountant to join our team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Compile financial data for reporting purposes.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Develop internal control policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the finance manager on strategic initiatives.
• Provide advice on financial processes and compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Master's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting

Technical Skills

• Forecasting

Certifications

• CIMA Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in forensic accounting: Knowledge of forensic accounting practices is a plus.
