Job Description

We are looking for Aircraft Launch and Recovery Officers who are responsible for guiding pilots during landing and takeoff operations on aircraft carriers or runways. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and situational awareness skills.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and guide pilots during takeoff and landing.
  • Communicate with air traffic control to coordinate movements.
  • Monitor and advise on weather conditions affecting flights.
  • Ensure that all safety measures are adhered to at all times.
  • Maintain accurate flight logs and operational reports.
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team and military personnel.
  • Conduct regular checks and maintenance on visual landing aids.
  • Participate in training programs for continuous improvement.
  • Implement best practices for safety and efficiency in operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Aviation Operations or related field
  • Valid pilot's license
Experience
  • Experience with military aviation operations is advantageous.
