Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate engineering resources and project schedules.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could disrupt project timelines.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes.
• Prepare detailed reports demonstrating project progress and obstacles.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment.
• Mentor less experienced team members to foster their growth and skill development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) registration is beneficial

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in engineering roles
