Job Description

As a Finance Manager in our Cape Town office, you will play a critical role in managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes. You will oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. We are looking for someone who can leverage their financial expertise to guide our corporate strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against targets.
• Conduct financial analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop financial targets and KPIs.
• Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Manage cash flow and ensure the company's financial health.
• Provide insights on profit trends and financial strategy.
• Support the development of financial policies and procedures.
• Analysis of actual financial performance against budget and forecasts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Professional certification such as CIMA or ACA is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant finance management experience
