Job Description

As a Finance Manager in our Cape Town office, you will play a critical role in managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes. You will oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. We are looking for someone who can leverage their financial expertise to guide our corporate strategies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Lead the budgeting process aligned with company strategy.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis.
• Cooperate with stakeholders to establish financial objectives.
• Manage audit and coordinate with financial departments.
• Monitor costs and implement control measures.
• Prepare financial reports for internal management and stakeholders.
• Examine financial performance for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Professional certification such as CIMA or ACA is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant finance management experience
