We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our design team in Johannesburg. Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through all phases of development.
• Interface with local authorities for project approvals.
• Mentor junior architects and design staff.
• Evaluate project feasibility and conduct site assessments.
• Develop design concepts and present them effectively to clients.
• Stay updated on latest architectural trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Master's degree in Architecture or related field is highly desirable

Experience

• 6+ years of experience with demonstrable portfolio

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• 3D Modelling Software
• Building Code Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Detail-oriented

Certifications

• Architectural Technologist Certification
• Sustainable Architecture Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in project management software: Experience with software like MS Project or Asana.
