Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hospital operations and administrative departments.
• Ensure all practices are compliant with healthcare laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads to improve patient care delivery.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Organize community outreach programs for health awareness.
• Implement technology solutions to streamline hospital management.
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding hospital performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or a related field
• Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in hospital management
