Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Web Optimization Specialist to elevate our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp of SEO, analytics, and user experience optimization, helping us to improve website performance and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze website traffic and performance using analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Design and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure proper implementation of SEO best practices.
  • Create compelling meta descriptions and titles to optimize click-through rates.
  • Monitor keyword rankings and provide insights for targeted content creation.
  • Identify technical SEO issues and work with IT to find solutions.
  • Train and guide team members on SEO and optimization techniques.
  • Evaluate and suggest improvements for website design for better user experience.
  • Perform competitive analysis to benchmark website performance against industry standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in web optimization or digital marketing roles
